  • What are your check‑in and check‑out times?

    Check‑in is available from 2:00 PM, and check‑out is by 10:00 AM. Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available depending on occupancy.

  • Do you offer free parking?

    Yes, we provide free on‑site parking for all guests, including space for larger vehicles where available.

  • Is Wi‑Fi included?

    Absolutely. Free high‑speed Wi‑Fi is available throughout the motel, including all guest rooms.

  • Do you have a pool?

    We don’t have a pool on‑site, but The Strand’s swimming areas are across the road.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, cash, and online bookings. A valid card is required to secure your reservation.

  • Do the rooms have kitchen facilities?

    All rooms include a full-sized fridge, oven and stovetop, microwave, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We welcome service animals, but we are not pet-friendly.
